  • The goal of the first session is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can begin to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Your therapist will work with you to establish trust, build rapport, and develop a foundation for the therapeutic work that you'll do together in the future.

  • Yourself! We also ask that you verify your insurance benefits prior to your appointment (see below) as well as completed the paperwork sent to you by our office via our Client Portal. All forms must be completed prior to your appointment time.

  • Yes, the following insurance companies are considered “in-network” with Endeavor Therapeutics, however NOT ALL PROVIDERS accept each plan. Please inquire for providers availability and accepted insurances.

  • We suggest asking your insurance company what your benefits are for a mental health office visit, specifically billing codes 90791 & 90837 if you have a maximum number or dollar amount of sessions per year, if mental health claims are applied to your deductible and if prior authorization is required.

  • Individuals who seek crisis counseling typically require same-day support to resolve stressful situations or feelings. Endeavor Therapeutics does not provide crisis counseling services. We offer outpatient counseling services by appointment only, M-F (hours vary by provider).

    If you feel like you may be a danger to yourself or others please immediately go to the nearest Emergency Room or to the Pawnee Mental Health Stabilization Unit or call 1-800-609-2002, 911, the Suicide Lifeline at 988 or text 741741 for help.
